New Boss

I added a new Boss, who spawns on the 30th wave. It teleports and disrupts your movement so its goons can hit you in the confusion and its has a lot more health than the other bosses. I also adjusted the damage of some weapons that were a bit too strong and some changes to the scales, that make the upgrades more accessable. I additionally made some small changes to some animations to make them feel more organic.  Watch out for new changes in the future.
